I’m Pawel Krupa — a robotics engineer, consultant, and educator based in the Bay Area, California.

Over the past decade, I’ve programmed more than 1,000 industrial robots across Body-in-White, General Assembly, plastics, food & beverage, machine tending and others. My work has supported some of the most demanding OEMs in the world, including Tesla, Volkswagen Group (Bentley, Porsche, Audi, VW, Škoda), GM, and Stellantis.

I lead multi-line integration projects and help shape automation strategies for new automation programs, working across the U.S., UK, Europe, and Asia.

Alongside my engineering work, I run Future Robotics — a YouTube channel and consultancy focused on helping engineers, technicians, and companies develop real expertise in industrial robotics.
